| Returns Policy Thomson Reuters GFMS Refunds policy: Thomson Reuters GFMS will issue a refund if you return your publication within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your books during this period will be at your own cost, unless the book is damaged, or was sent in error. Please follow the return directions below. If you believe that your item has been lost in transit or has not been delivered for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the 'Ship date' of your item, which is displayed on "http://www.gfms.co.uk/latest_releases.htm", so that we can investigate.
