Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Hard copies of our publications are delivered by courier.
Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in one business day . International orders are generally received in under 3 days.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added on electronic delivery items only. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
GFMS Refunds policy: GFMS will issue a refund if you return your publication within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your books during this period will be at your own cost, unless the book is damaged, or was sent in error. Please follow the return directions below.
If you believe that your item has been lost in transit or has not been delivered for any reason, you must contact us within 30 days of the 'Ship date' of your item, which is displayed on "http://www.gfms.co.uk/latest_releases.htm", so that we can investigate. We regret that we are unable to accept claims for lost items that are reported more than 30 days after the 'Ship Date'.
Standard Returns Policy
After the ' 7 day period we will be more than happy to accept books for return in any of the following cases:
- The book was found to be damaged or faulty.
- The book was incorrectly supplied.
In both cases, we will either replace the book or give you a full refund (including shipping charges). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
